Overall: The dinner was an excellent experience, and we truly enjoyed the evening. Everything was well-prepared and delivered with great attention to detail. Food: The dishes were delicious, well-portioned, and beautifully presented. The flavors were balanced, and the menu selection offered a good variety to suit everyone’s preferences. Drinks: The drink selection was impressive, with refreshing options that paired nicely with the food. Cocktails and mocktails were well-crafted and served promptly. Service: The staff was attentive, professional, and friendly. They ensured our needs were met without being intrusive, and their efficiency added greatly to the overall dining experience. Ambience: The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a comfortable setting that made the evening even more enjoyable. The music and lighting created the perfect mood for a relaxed dinner.

The service was exceptional. Our server, Mr. Partik, was a true gentleman—highly attentive without being intrusive. He made thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our meal, and ensured everything arrived promptly. Empty dishes were cleared efficiently, and it genuinely felt like the staff cared about creating a pleasant dining experience for us. We will be back soon

We visited Eataly at JBR for dinner on Eid Al Etihad, one of the busiest days for restaurants in the area. Despite the crowds, the staff were kind enough to arrange a table for the two of us inside with minimal waiting time. It’s highly recommended to make a reservation on key days like this to avoid disappointment —especially for the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy a stunning fireworks display. They only allowed seating at the outdoor terrace for customers with prior reservations. Before the main course, we were served complimentary bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, which was a pleasant way to start the meal. For mains, we ordered the Penne Arrabbiata and Gnocchi alla Sorrentina. Both dishes were tasty and well prepared, though considering the price point, they weren’t particularly memorable. The tiramisu, however, was exceptional—easily one of the best we’ve had and the clear highlight of the meal. Service throughout was quick and efficient. Before or after dining, it’s worth exploring the retail section, which offers an impressive selection of gourmet Italian products. It’s a great place to browse and pick up something special.

We had such a lovely experience at Eataly at The Beach. We ordered the Buffalina pizza and it was honestly incredible. The wine selection was also amazing and paired so well. On top of that, the service was warm, attentive, and friendly without being too much. A beautiful spot, delicious food, and a great overall vibe. Definitely coming back.

Very tasty lasagna and pizza! Beautiful spot to see the sunset. It was Negroni week and could get some Negronis for a good price. Also the waiter exchanged our limoncello for aperol, since it was too sweet. Really appreciate it! The complimentary bread however was very dry
